Tammy A. Weber, Esq., CELA
Ms. Weber is the managing principal of Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC (www.paelderlaw.com) with offices in Williamsport, Plains, and Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on elder law, estate and business succession planning. She graduated magna cum laude from Lycoming College and received her law degree from Temple University. She is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is also a VA accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. She previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where she was involved with major federal investigations and prosecutions. While in this position, she was the recipient of the Department of Health & Human Services Inspector General's Integrity Award for the investigation and criminal conviction of the first Medicare money laundering seizure case in the country. Ms. Weber has also served as an adjunct professor at Saint Joseph's University Graduate Criminal Justice Program where she designed and taught a course on law and social policy. For several years, she sat on the editorial board of the Legal Intelligencer. Ms. Weber is Immediate Past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (“PAELA”). She is Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and serves on Council, Chair of the Lycoming Law Association’s Community Activities and Outreach Committee, and Past President of the Lycoming Law Association. Ms. Weber is Past Chair of the First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (“FCFP”) and a Trustee and Chair of the Personnel and Enrollment Management and Marketing Committees, for Lycoming College, Williamsport PA. She is a member of various organizations including the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Elder Law, Small Firm and Real Estate Property and Trust Committees), The Lycoming County Law Association, the Northcentral Pennsylvania Estate Planner’s Council, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”). She also serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for Albright LIFE.
