Carlucci is a trial judge in 29th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, which consists of Lycoming County. He began his service to Lycoming County on August 5, 2022, by appointment of Governor Wolf, and was later elected to continue that service.\n \nCarlucci was formerly a member of the Williamsport law firm of Elion, Grieco, Carlucci & Shipman, P.C., with a practice concentrating in commercial and real estate litigation. He practiced law in Lycoming County for 43 years, including three years as an Assistant District Attorney.\n \nCarlucci is a 1976 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Lycoming College, and a 1979 graduate of the Temple University School of Law. In 2006, Lycoming College honored him as its Alum of the Year.\n
